Wet, windy and miserable day but I'd planned to go biking so did.

First up was a lap of the Pendam trial, quite hard but not that fast (43:29). I'm gonna need to get some training in ready for the Mawddach Goldrush!

Then I did a lap of the Summit Trail as well. Glad I ordered some new chain rings, chain and cassette before going out as mine are really badly worn, so much so that I couldn't really use the middle chainring!
